How long is the statutory warranty on Santoni products?

Santoni accepts liability for any non-conformity of products bought on the website which is present at the time of delivery, provided that such defects become apparent within two years of the delivery date. In such cases, the Customer is entitled to the statutory legal warranty.

We recommend retaining your invoice or proof of payment in order to exercise your warranty rights.

What documents are required to make a claim under the warranty?

To make a claim under the statutory warranty, you must retain your invoice or proof of payment. These documents serve as evidence of purchase and the date of delivery.

We recommend keeping all order documentation safely for future reference.

What condition must the product be in to be covered by the warranty?

The warranty applies solely where the product has been used correctly, in accordance with its intended purpose and any care or cleaning instructions provided. Should the warranty process require the product to be returned, it must be sent back in its original packaging, complete with all component parts, documentation, and accessories.

How can I report a lack of conformity?

In the event of a defect or non-conformity, please contact Customer Care , which will provide instructions on how to initiate the defect verification process.

What happens when the product is returned to Santoni for inspection?

The item will be examined by our Quality Control team.

· If the reported defect is confirmed, Santoni will repair or replace the product, where possible.

· If no defect is identified, the product will be returned to the Customer, who will be charged with shipping costs and any applicable costs (such as duties and taxes).

Please carefully follow the instructions provided by Customer Care before shipping the product and contact us should you have any questions.

What happens if Santoni is unable to repair or replace the product?

Should a repair or replacement not be possible or the cost would be disproportionate compared to the value of the item, the Customer is entitled to:

· either a proportional reduction in the purchase price, or

· termination of the contract with the reimbursement of the total amount paid. Please note that Customer cannot terminate the contract if the defect is minor.
