How do I place an order online?

To place an order online:

- Select your delivery country, choose your product and size, and add it to your shopping basket.

- Proceed to checkout, enter your email address, delivery details and payment information, then confirm your order.

- You will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase.

Complete your order from your basket by proceeding to checkout. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Care .

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Your order is confirmed once the checkout process has been completed and you have received a confirmation email with your order summary. For technical reasons, this confirmation could take up to one or two working days to arrive. Should there be a payment issue or the product becomes unavailable, your order may be declined or cancelled, in which case a full refund will be issued automatically and you will be notified by email.

If you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder or contact Customer Care .

Can I make a purchase without registering?

Yes, you can complete an order as a guest without creating an account. create an account is, however, recommended, as it allows you to save addresses, manage your data processing preferences, and view your order history.

You may proceed to checkout as a guest or create an account.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve made it?

Once confirmed, an order cannot be amended directly on the website. However, you can request a change or cancellation by contacting Customer Care as promptly as possible. This cannot be guaranteed if the order is already being prepared or has been sent to the courier for shipping.

When contacting Customer Care , please provide your order number and the amendment or cancellation request.

How do phone orders work?

You can also place an order by telephone by calling Customer Care on the dedicated number. The operator will ask for the shipping and payment details and will complete the order on your behalf. Payment information is handled through secure channels. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a further email with the tracking link once your order has been handed to the courier.

What can I do if a product is unavailable online?

If an item is not available online, we recommend using our Notify Me service: select your size, click the button and in the Notify Me text enter your details and confirm by clicking the Notify Me button. You will receive a confirmation email followed by notification as soon as the product becomes available again, allowing you to complete your purchase. You will also be notified should the product be permanently discontinued.

Use the Notify Me service on the product page or contact Customer Care for advice about alternative products.

Why was my order rejected or cancelled?

Santoni reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of incomplete or inconsistent personal details, prior payment issues, concerns regarding the validity of the credit card, or the unavailability of a product. In such cases, the order will not be fulfilled, the amount charged will be refunded automatically, and you will be asked to place a new order.

Can I send one order to multiple addresses?

No, each order can only be sent to a single delivery address. Should you wish to send items to different addresses

a separate order will be needed for each destination.

Can I receive one order in multiple shipments?

Yes. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses and delivery times may therefore vary. For each shipment you will receive a separate email detailing the item or items included.

If you receive notification of the partial shipment or an order, please allow up to one or two working days for further updates on the remaining items. Should you not receive any further communication, please check your spam folder or contact Customer Care .
