What information is required to create a Santoni account?

To create a Santoni account, you should provide your first name, surname, title/gender, email address and password. Creating an account is optional and not required to complete a purchase.

Can I save more than one delivery or billing address?

Yes, you can save an unlimited number of addresses in the ' My Account' section. You can also set a default address by marking it with the star symbol.

Go to the Addresses section to add to or edit your contact details.

How does the wishlist work?

Guest users can use the wishlist, but items added to it are not saved or synchronised across devices. By create an accounting for an account, your wishlist will be stored and accessible from any device.

How is the security of my account ensured?

Your account is protected via an SSL-encrypted connection. No payment details are stored. We recommend choosing a strong password. Two-factor authentication (2FA) and one-time passcode (OTP) login are not available. Personal data is handled in full accordance with Santoni's Privacy Policy.
