Caring for your Santoni shoes is a small but meaningful gesture that preserves both their beauty and their longevity:

- To help the shoes retain their shape, we recommend using a shoehorn when putting them on.

- Exposure to the elements may cause subtle changes to the leather's surface: This is a natural characteristic that lends each pair its own unique patina..

- To clean, gently wipe the upper with a slightly damp cotton cloth. For best results, apply Santoni's natural creams, specially formulated for our leathers and hand-applied colours. For suede, use a shampoo or reviving spray to clean, protect and restore the nap. Avoid using soap or chemical detergents and never put your shoes in the washing machine.

- IMPORTANT: keep shoes away from direct sources of heat and moisture.

- When not in use, insert shoe trees or tissue paper to preserve the shape and store your shoes in the protective pouches provided to keep them in perfect condition.

- Made to Measure, an exclusive service through which a shoe is constructed entirely around the client's own foot, with the chosen style then built upon the bespoke last;

- Made to Order, allows customers to personalise the colours, materials and details of iconic styles in a standard fit;

-       On-time personalisation;

- Buckle Monogram, the iconic Santoni buckle shoe, personalised with the client's own initials.
