Free express shipping is via DHL courier services. Direct shipping to Russia is via SDA courier services. The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods by sending an email to the customercare@santonishoes.com address or by means of the return form available on the website after logging into a personal account. We will reimburse the customer for the entire amount paid within 14 days from the date of withdrawal of the product. Products must be returned in undamaged conditions, with the original labels and carefully packed in order to safeguard the original packaging.
