We hope the goods are perfect for you! If, however, the size is wrong, you have the possibility to request an exchange, subject to availability of the product, completely free of charge.

RETURN PROCEDURE FOR SIZE CHANGE

IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED USER:

1. Access your reserved area

2. Access the "My orders" section and view the order for which you wish to request a return. Click on the Return tab.

IF YOU ARE A GUEST:

1. Acces the return form

2. Fill in the form with your order number (do not enter #), your surname and your email. Click on the Return tab.

3. Complete the form with the details of the items to be returned, selecting "Change size" as the solution to your request.

4. An email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your return request with the associated RMA number.

In case of "Size Change" a new order will be sent to you.
