REGULATIONS FOR PROMOTIONAL EVENT
PURSUANT TO ART.10 AND 11 OF ITALIAN PRESIDENTIAL DECREE 430/2001
PROMOTIONAL EVENT
Santoni Gift - Autumn 2025
1. Promoter
The promoting party is Santoni s.p.a. (Tax Code/VAT number: 01806460430), with registered office in Via Montenapoleone n. 9, Milan, which sells its products on the website www.santonishoes.com through the company FiloBlu S.p.A., with registered office in Santa Maria di Sala (VE), Via Caltana n. 116/C, registered with the C.C.I.A.A. of Venezia Rovigo Delta Lagunare under no. REA 354686 of the Register of Companies, Tax Code/VAT no. 04274870288.
2. Recipients - participating point of sale
Recipients are exclusively customers who make online purchases on www.santonishoes.com during the period pf validity indicated below. The promotion is only valid for purchases made on the aforementioned website.
3. Promoted brands and goods
The promoted brand is Santoni and the promoted goods is a selection of men's footwear.
4. Objective of the promotional event
The purpose of this promotion is to encourage the sale of the promoted products.
5. Duration of the promotional event
The initiative is valid from 11/04/2025 to 12/31/2025, unless extended.
6. Promotional event modalities
During the period of validity, consumers who purchase the Promoted Product online on the www.santonishoes.com website will be entitled to receive a free wooden shoe tree of the same size as the purchased footwear, as described in more detail in the following point. The free gift will be automatically added to the customer's shopping cart when they add the aforementioned Promotional Product, and will be delivered in the package together with the order placed online. When proceeding to checkout, the customer must ensure that the free gift is present with the other products being purchased. In the event of a return of the Promoted Product, in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to online sales on the aforementioned website, the consumer must return the received gift along with the purchased Promoted Product.
7. Nature and value of the free gifts
The free gift consists of a Santoni wooden shoe stretcher.
An estimated 700 pieces will be distributed, with a unit value of €150 and $130 including VAT. The total indicative value of the free gifts total €105,000 including VAT.
The free gift cannot be exchanged, replaced, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances. No compensation will be awarded as a result of any damages resulting from use of the free gift.
The promoter reserves the right to replace the free gifts announced with items of an equal or higher value.
8. Territorial scope
The operation is valid exclusively on the www.santonishoes.com website.
9. Advertising of the promotion
Santoni will communicate the promotion by e-mail to the users registered on the above-mentioned website and the advertising message will be created in accordance with these regulations. These regulations will be published on the aforementioned website, on the page dedicated to the promoted product.
10. Conservation of regulations
The declaration relating to these regulations, drafted and self-certified in accordance with Art. 10, paragraph 3 of Italian Presidential Decree 430/2001, shall be stored at the administrative/operating headquarters of Santoni s.p.a., located in Corridonia (MC), Via E. Mattei n. 59, and at its offices, and shall be conserved for the entire duration of the promotional period and for twelve months after its conclusion.
11. Guarantees and obligations
This promotional event is carried out in compliance with Italian Presidential Decree No. 430 of 26 October 2001, and in accordance with the instructions set out in Circular No. 1/AMTC of 28 March of the Ministry of Enterprise and Industry.
