To make the purchase, follow the online procedure carefully.Santoni reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, in case of doubts regarding the veracity of the payment (incomplete or inconsistent personal data, payment issues in previous purchases, doubtful authenticity of the credit card) or unavailability of products. Refusal or cancellation of the order (by e-mail or telephone) may not be timely and could also follow subsequent contact by the customer.

How do I make a purchase?

Select the shipping country from the menu at the bottom of the Homepage. Click on the desired product to access the relevant product page and view in detail all the information regarding the product itself. Select your size and click on "Add to Cart". To proceed with your purchase immediately, click on "Shop Now". To modify the content of your shopping bag, click on "View and Edit Cart".

You can then proceed to the checkout by filling in all the address fields, as well as the desired payment method. To find out what payment methods are available, go to the Price and Payment Method section. Finally, check your order summary and click "Place Order”.

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing a summary of your order and confirmation that it has been correctly received.

Prices and Payment Methods

The prices indicated on the website are inclusive of VAT. Any shipping costs or payment charges shall always be communicated to the customer in advance via the website or the present conditions.

Secure payments

All online transactions are processed securely, guaranteeing our customers maximum security of their data. Santoni Online Store currently accepts the following payment methods:

Credit card payments:

You can choose to pay with credit card o debit card. Accepted credit cards are:VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, Union Pay.

Under no circumstances and at no stage of the payment process Santoni will be able to find out the customer's card details, which are transmitted via a protected connection directly to the bank managing the transaction.

Starting on 28 December 2020, online payments will be even more secure thanks to the new European PSD2 regulation which introduces new authentication rules. Security is extremely important to us, so we want to confirm that your information will always be encrypted and safe. We kindly remind you that credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by us and by your bank institute. When you place an order using a credit card payment, your bank may ask you to confirm your identity using 3D Secure authentication. 3D Secure authentication reduces the number of fraudulent online activities including identity theft and unauthorised use of cards. It protects cardholder data and reduces fraud attempts. There are many ways to authenticate online payments and you may be asked to confirm your identity by

SMS, email or TouchID. We recommend that you contact your bank to ensure that they have your correct contact details in case you are asked to use SMS or email for 3D Secure authentication.

Paypal payments:

Paypal is an absolutely secure online payment method that will allow you to pay for your order by accessing your account directly

The data relating to your account and your credit card connected to your account are managed directly by Paypal, which will provide you with an email notification after the payment has been made.

Alipay Payments:

Alipay is one of the most popular digital payment services in China. All payments with Alipay are safe and protects all-arround the consumers privacy.

Google Pay:

Google Pay is a quick and easy way to pay on websites, apps and stores using cards registered in your Google account. Google Pay protects your data and those of your cards during payment.

Apple Pay:

Apple Pay is the payment method that allows you to make online payments using your Apple devices

SOFORT Banking:

In case of purchase with this payment method, you will be redirected to the Sofort site to complete the payment. The shipment of the goods will take place only upon receipt of actual payment in the bank.

Why was my payment refused?

The payment may not be successful due to the following reasons:

Credit Card payments:

- Check your credit or debit card details and verify that your billing address matches the one associated with your card.

- The card is not authorized for international payments. We inform you that our Bank head office is based in Amsterdam, so it will be necessery to make the transaction with an authorized circuit.

- Your card has reached the limit for online payments. Check that the credit or debit card limit does not prevent the charge of the due amount

- The transaction page has expired

Paypal payments:

- Check your Paypal account and verify that the registered payment cards are up to date or that the account balance is sufficient

- Make sure your Paypal account is verified.

- the page has been left before finishing the check-out procedure.
