REGULATIONS FOR PRIZE PROMOTION
PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 10 AND 11 OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE 430/2001
PRIZE PROMOTION “RAMADAN 2026”
1. Promoter
The promoter is Santoni S.p.A. (Tax Code/VAT No.: 01806460430), with registered office in Milan, Via Montenapoleone No. 9, which sells its products on the website www.santonishoesit.com.
2. Eligible Participants – Participating Store
Eligible participants are exclusively customers who, during the validity period indicated below, make online purchases on the website www.santonishoes.com only for the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar.
The promotion is valid only for purchases made on the above-mentioned website from the above-mentioned countries.
3. Promotional Brand and Products
The promoted brand is Santoni and the promotional products include all products sold on the above-mentioned website and participating in the initiative.
4. Purpose of the Promotion
This promotion is intended to encourage sales of the promoted products.
5. Duration of the Prize Promotion
The initiative is valid from 18/02/2026 to 31/03/2026 (validity period), unless extended.
6. Participation Mechanism
During the validity period, consumers who place an online order equal to or greater than €1,000 (5,000 AED – 5,000 SAR – 365 KWD) on the website www.santonishoes.com will be entitled to receive a complimentary Santoni Travel Kit (Travel Shoe Care “Survival Kit”), as described below.
The customer must verify at checkout that the free gift is included along with the purchased products. The gift will be delivered together with the online order or separately in a dedicated shipment.
In case of return of the Promotional Product, according to the terms and conditions applicable to online sales on the above-mentioned website, the consumer must also return the received prize together with the Promotional Product; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
7. Nature and Value of the Prizes
The prize consists of a Santoni Travel Kit (Travel Shoe Care “Survival Kit”).
A total of 200 gifts will be distributed, each with a unit value of €90 (590 AED – 575 SAR), VAT included.
The total indicative value of the prizes amounts to €18,000 VAT included.
It is not possible to request replacement of the prize or its cash equivalent for any reason. No compensation may be claimed for any damage resulting from use of the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the announced prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.
8. Territorial Scope
The promotion is valid exclusively on the website www.santonishoes.com.
9. Promotion Advertising
Santoni will communicate the promotion via email to users registered on the above-mentioned website, and the advertising message will comply with the provisions of these regulations.
These regulations will be published on the above-mentioned website on a dedicated page.
10. Preservation of the Regulations
The declaration relating to these regulations, drafted and self-certified pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 3 of Presidential Decree 430/2001, is intended to be kept at the administrative/operational headquarters of Santoni S.p.A., located in Corridonia (MC), Via E. Mattei No. 59, where it will be stored for the entire duration of the promotion and for twelve months following its conclusion.
11. Guarantees and Compliance
This prize promotion is carried out in compliance with Presidential Decree No. 430 of 26 October 2001 and in accordance with the instructions set forth in Circular 28 March No. 1/AMTC of the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.
