Santoni Whistleblowing
Santoni s.p.a., in the performance of its business activity and within its organization, intends to promote a corporate culture characterized by good behavior and good governance; for this reason, recognizes the importance of having an internal procedure governing the whistleblowing report of illegal conduct and in order to comply with the provisions of the Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, has decided to adopt this Whistleblowing Procedure.

Santoni s.p.a. has entrusted the management of the internal reporting channel of the Whistleblowing Procedure to a collegial body established pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/2023.
