COVID-19 Information

The health and safety of our customers and colleagues is our priority.

This is why we have chosen to temporarily close our boutiques in Europe and the USA. For more information, please refer to our Store Locator page.

Distant, yet close

Your Santoni experience continues on our santonishoes.com website, where you can find out what’s new in our collections and keep up to date on our services.

Free delivery

Delivery is free for all orders shipped nationally and internationally. During this global health emergency, we are sure that you will understand should there be any delays in the delivery of orders.

We thank you in advance for your patience and collaboration.

Delivery in complete safety

Please be advised that our partner companies have implemented every procedure to protect and guarantee the safety of their own colleagues, our community and our customers. To this end, shipments may be delivered and accepted without the need for a customer signature.

Returns management

In order to provide the best possible service, we have extended the return period for all purchases on our website to 30 days.
In light of recent restrictions, slower returns handling procedures are unavoidable. In order to handle any such requests as efficiently as possible, we would ask that you await authorisation from our Customer Care team before shipping the return.

Customer Care

Our Customer Care team will continue to take care of all your needs. As always, you can contact us via email at customercare@santonishoes.com or by telephone on +39 02 87215108 from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CET.

Together we can make it #noisiamolemarche

At this complicated time of global uncertainty, charitable initiatives express the virtue of solidarity that springs from the hearts of our whole population. That’s why we have decided to launch the #NoiSiamoLeMarche fundraising campaign, with the aim of supporting the land where our company was founded 45 years ago and prospers to this day, so that we can meet one of the most pressing needs at this time together: bolstering intensive care units in local healthcare facilities to boost capacity in taking care of and treating the public in the fight against COVID-19.

To find more details about the initiative and, if you so wish, to make a contribution, please go to our dedicated #noisiamolemarche page.

Thank you for your trust and support at this difficult time. We are sure that we can get past this together.

We will keep you up to date on forthcoming developments. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us for all your needs.
