1. In accordance with Art. 5 of Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22nd May 1999 and Legislative Decree n. 50 of 15th January 1992, the right to cancel is the right of the customer to annul the contract and return any products purchased, and receive either a refund or replacement with another product.

2. The right to cancel is the function of individuals acting for purposes not directly related to their professional activity. Therefore, retailers and other companies are excluded from this right.

3. Your withdrawal right may be exercised by sending a written communication by post or email (to customercare@santonishoes.com) within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Eventually customers shall fill in the on-line Returns Form specifying in the case of a return the relevant reasons and the quantity of items to be returned. The on-line Returns Form shall be completed in accordance with the “Instructions” contained in the “Withdrawal/Returns Procedure” section of the Site. After the on-line Returns Form has been filled in and sent, we will give the customer the return code to be specified for the return delivery.

4. To exercise your right to cancel you must return the product(s) in perfect condition and with all original labels still attached. The returned items must be carefully packaged so as to protect the original packaging from any writing, labelling, or other damage.

5. The products must be returned to the following address within 10 days of their receipt:

The customer may request a refund.
One product may not be exchanged with another with a different item code.
Refunds or replacements will take around 30 days once the returned goods have been received and their condition has been checked.

6. The refund does not include the original shipping costs incurred for receiving the goods, nor for the subsequent return of the goods.

NOTE: It is not possible to request a change or a refund of a customized product, unless the goods are not defective or not in compliance with the order placed (Article 5 paragraph 3 letter c of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05 / 1999).
