Unless a product is marked “Personalized Product” or “Final Sale” on the Site, Customer may exchange a product for any or no reason without incurring any penalty, by complying with the return procedures set forth herein.

In order to exercise the Customer’s right to exchange products, the Customer must send written notice of his or her desire to exchange a product within fourteen (14) days of Customer’s receipt of the product (a “Return Notice”) by emailing FiloBlu at the following email address: customercareusa@santonishoes.com; or by completing and submitting an exchange form which can be found on the Site.

The Return Notice must include the Customer’s reason for return, which may include any of the following: (i) too small; (ii) too large; (iii) item not as pictured; (iv) item damaged or defective; or (v) changed mind.

If Customer is requesting to make an exchange, the Return Notice must include the style, size and color of the product the Customer is requesting in exchange, subject of course to availability, and the payment of any cost in excess of the original purchase price.  Upon receipt of a Return Notice, FiloBlu shall provide the Customer with instructions on how to carry out the return or exchange.

Unless otherwise notified in writing by FiloBlu, shipment of product(s) for return or exchange must be sent to FiloBlu at Customer’s sole and exclusive expense, to the following address: Santoni 762 Madison Avenue New York, New York, 10065 within thirty (30) business days of Customer’s receipt of the products.

Unless otherwise provided in writing by FiloBlu, all products sent to FiloBlu for return or exchange must be returned unused in the condition Customer received them and in the original box and/or packaging.  FiloBlu will not accept returns of used or worn items.  FiloBlu reserves the right to reject any returned products for which the product itself, the packaging, or the label or tags have been removed or compromised in any way, at FiloBlu’s sole and exclusive discretion.  In the event of such rejection, FiloBlu shall deliver the returned product back to the Customer at the Customer’s sole cost and expense. Please note that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer or other device’s display of any color will be accurate.

In the event of a return or exchange, the risk of loss shall be borne by the Customer until the product arrives at the address indicated by FiloBlu for return processing.  FiloBlu will inspect all returned shipments promptly upon delivery, and in the event of any damage or loss in transit, FiloBlu shall notify the Customer so that the Customer may file a complaint or take any other action necessary against the applicable courier FiloBlu agrees to cooperate with the Customer to provide evidence of such damage or loss to the extent reasonably practicable, provided that doing so does not unduly burden FiloBlu, including, without limitation, by shipping the product back to the Customer at Customer’s sole cost and expense

Upon receipt of any returned products and inspection of the same by FiloBlu, if FiloBlu determines, in its sole discretion, that the products are undamaged, intact, and the packaging, tags, and labels are intact and uncompromised, FiloBlu shall, as requested by the Customer, either (i) arrange to exchange. Exchanges, if any, shall be executed within approximately fourteen (14) business days from the date that the returned product is received at the Santoni warehouse, provided that such time frame is an estimate only, and FiloBlu shall not be liable for failure to issue execute exchanges in the time frame estimated.  We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.

INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTS

The Client may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase agreement for any reason, without need for an explanation and without incurring any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receiving the products.

In order to exercise the right to cancel set out in the preceding Clause, the Client shall send notification to FiloBlu within the time limits indicated to the following email address customercareusa@santonishoes.com, or by means of the form provided for that purpose on the Website.
In the event of cancellation, the Client shall return the products to FiloBlu at the Client’s expense within 14 (fourteen) days of said cancellation to the following address:

The goods must be returned intact, complete in all their parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and packaging), having been kept and used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their condition, features and size, in accordance with normal diligence, there being no signs of wear or dirt and in compliance with the following conditions:
• the right to cancel may be applied to the purchased product as a whole; it is not in fact possible to return only part of the purchased product (for eg., accessories, complementary items, etc.);
• in order to cancel, the product must be complete and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, cards, tags, seals, etc.);
• transport expenses (and any customs duty, if applicable) arising from the return of the goods shall be borne exclusively by the Client;
• until confirmation of receipt by the warehouse indicated by FiloBlu is given, liability for transport shall be borne solely by the Client;
• should the goods be damaged in transit, FiloBlu shall notify the Client, in order that the Client may promptly lodge a complaint against the courier that was used and obtain appropriate compensation; the product shall then be made available to the Client, at the same time as cancelling the request for termination;
• FiloBlu shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss that occurs during or as a result of a shipment made for the purposes of returning goods.
FiloBlu shall arrange to refund the Client for the whole amount paid, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of cancellation, by transferring the debited amount, via the same payment method used by the Client for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Client shall not bear any expenses incurred as a consequence of said refund. FiloBlu may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until such time as the Client can prove that the product has been properly dispatched, whichever is sooner.
In any case, the Client shall forfeit the right to cancel should FiloBlu discover any of the following:
• that the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
• that the product is without its external package and or the original internal packaging;
• that the product is missing some of its integral parts and/or accessories (for eg., fastenings, ties, buckles, etc.).
Should the right to cancel be forfeited, FiloBlu shall arrange to return the purchased product to the sender, debiting the shipping costs from the same and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
